Brief Description
Join Lansalot as a Customer Service Apprentice! Help small businesses and home users with their IT problems. Give friendly advice, fix issues, and spot problems before they happen. You’ll also complete a Customer Service Level 3 course while learning IT the way it should be!
Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs including 4 or above for Maths and English

Duties will include:
Provide friendly and professional support to small business and residential clients
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, from simple to complex
Give unbiased advice and guidance on IT solutions
