Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Source and attract candidates for client vacancies using various channels
Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to the right roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage candidate records and maintain accurate recruitment databases
Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and recruitment operations
Assist with writing job descriptions and advertising vacancies
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates
Develop commercial awareness and understand sector-specific recruitment needs
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
Learn and apply best practices in candidate engagement, client management, and the recruitment process
