Brief Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable office-based experience within the financial services sector, supporting mortgage advisors and investment planners, while developing transferable skills for a long-term career in.

Qualifications Required

5 GCSE's including Maths and English at least 4/C or above

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Provide administrative support to financial advisors and planners
Accurately input and maintain client data using IT systems
Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion
Prepare and process documentation for mortgages, pensions, and investment plans
Assist with emails, phone calls, and general office tasks
Support compliance and record-keeping in line with financial regulations
