Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Handle worker pay queries and requests via phone and email.
Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time.
Input and update payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and bonuses.
Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Generate payroll reports and assist with audits.
Prepare compliance reports and ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the payroll team.
Assist in organising and maintaining payroll files, both digital and physical.
Communicate with internal departments to support smooth payroll processing and resolve issues efficiently.
