Brief Description
As a Manufacturing Apprentice at Commercial Aluminium Services, you'll be involved in the production and installation of high-quality aluminium and steel shop front solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with tasks such as cutting, assembling, and installing various products like automatic doors, windows, and roller shutters.

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Measuring, cutting, and shaping aluminium and steel materials according to detailed plans, minimising waste and maximising efficiency.
Assisting in assembling parts like aluminium shop fronts, windows, and doors using techniques such as welding, riveting, and bolting.
Learning to operate CNC machines, saws, drills, and other tools to produce accurate, high-quality parts.
Helping to identify and fix production problems like machine issues or material defects to keep the process running smoothly.
Supporting the installation team at different commercial sites.
Checking products during and after production for accuracy, surface quality, and making adjustments if needed.
Following safety rules and company policies at all times.
Keeping records of production activities and reporting any problems to supervisors.
