Brief Description
You will be helping to build and support our temporary staffing desks. You will actively participate in new business generation to ensure the sales targets are met & our client base grows. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our friendly, growing team, where we'll train and support you to help you to grow a successful sales career.
Qualifications Required
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including maths and English (4 / C or above)

Vacancy Detail
• Cold calling potential clients & finding decision makers.
• Supporting the Head of Commercial & Senior Recruitment Manager, in developing existing PSL opportunities.
• Generating new sales and leads.
• Following up all potential sales leads.
• Building relationships with clients and developing a good understanding of what they do, and where we can work with them.
• Tracking results & progress on Salesforce system.
• Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities, plus improving our brand awareness & identify key personnel.
• Working towards KPI’s & targets on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure you reach your goals & our team targets.
• Promoting City Calling on social media & direct marketing via mailshots, leaflet drops & attending events.
• Conducting reference calls, to obtain potential leads.
• Headhunting candidates for specialist & hard to fill job roles.
