We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist Apprentice to join the estate agency team. Key Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
Answering telephones and supporting customers with inquiries.
Diary management and booking appointments.
Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, directing customers to relevant team members and departments.
Managing and responding to emails efficiently.
Upselling properties and referring leads to the appropriate agents.
Providing personalised support and guidance to clients throughout their real estate transactions.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
