Brief Description

Recruit Central are looking for a confident, ambitious and career minded individual to join their team to develop their career within the recruitment sector. Duties include searching various job boards to find candidates who match the client job briefs. Offering office-based support to consultant and matching candidates to suitable positions.

Qualifications Required

Maths and English 4/C or above

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Finding candidates for mainly permanent job roles that we are handling for various clients throughout the UK
Searching various job boards to find candidates who match the client job briefs
Contacting the candidates via emails and texts and then booking them in for interview with the consultants
Trained how to conduct telephone interviews and screening candidates to help the consultants
Searching our existing database for candidates to match the job roles and emailing them the job descriptions
Emailing candidates questions to see if they match to the requirements of the job briefs
Using linked in to reach out and search for potential candidates for the client roles
Messaging candidates on linked in to book appointments in with the consultants
Helping to send out client mailshots from the database system
Sending out mailshots to potential new clients
Telephone work is required in this role once trained up, so seeking someone that wants to learn and confident to speak to people

Full UK Driving licence is required
