Brief Description
This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in our printing and design business. As a Business Administration apprentice at C3 Midlands, you'll assist with admin tasks, support digital signage projects, manage procurement, collaborate with the sales team, deliver excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
Qualifications Required
6 GCSE Maths and English at least 4 / C or above

Your duties will include:
Using our bespoke Management Information System, for which the successful candidate will receive full training
Organising company supplies and ordering when necessary
Supporting managers in the general admin area
Assisting the accounts team with general filing and admin duties
Obtaining quotes for couriers, booking couriers/carriers, and obtaining PODs for the client
Liaising with the Sales and Production Director to arrange temporary staff and maintaining staff timesheet records
Generating weekly and monthly financial reports
Processing client stock orders via our procurement website
Entering orders into our system
