Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

Brief Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who shall assist in the day to day operations of Simple Furniture. This will be customer facing and responding to e-mails and assisting in customers with telephone calls, registering deliveries for orders, sourcing alternative suppliers or carriers.

Qualifications Required

Minimum A-C GCSE Maths and English

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual who can hit the ground running to have a positive impact on all parts of our organisation as we are small company. They will be exposed to quite a range of duties from answering customer queries via telephone, on the web chat, familiarising themselves with our products, responding to e-mails, assisting with the social media side, serving customers face-to-face and ensuring that customers have an overall outstanding experience when dealing with Simple Furniture.
It is quite a varied role so we are looking for someone who doesn't want to be pigeon-holed and doesn't mind getting stuck in.
