Brief Description : To provide direct administrative and clerical support to the college whilst also supporting the reception area.

 

Qualifications Required : GCSE English and Maths
Vacancy Detail : Duties will include:
Ensure visitors, deliveries, telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail is managed effectively
Accurately record telephone messages to college recipients
Promote Health & Safety at work
Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
Assist in helping the college offer a professional reception service
Receive and distribute post and assist with outgoing post
Be the main point of contact in the college reception
Arrange booking rooms for meetings, providing necessary equipment and making arrangements for refreshments
Record daily learner attendance on the college's system
Order resources, process deliveries and distribute goods
Escort prospective learners on college tours
Carry out other clerical and administrative tasks as requested, including taking minutes in meetings
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday - Friday 08:45-15:15
Salary : Apprenticeship Minimum Wage
