Woodrow Mercer are currently recruiting for an office manager to help provide administration support across different functions of the business.

Qualifications Required

Minimum A-C GCSE Englisha and maths

- Able to work to tight deadlines in quite a high pressured, fast paced environment
- High attention to detail

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

The successful candidate will be completing (amongst others) the following tasks:

- Make travel arrangements responding to staff requests
- Purchasing staff incentives
- Stationary stock management
- Keeping funding limits spreadsheet up to date
- Keeping online orders spreadsheet up to date
- Manage orders for events
- Manage marketing material orders
- Chasing staff for completed ToB
- Data administration of CRM
