Working for a small but well established business that specialises in selling and leasing new and refurbished photocopiers and printers. You will be working as part of a team to resolve customer issues with the machines/IT problems.

We are a small Solihull based company. We sell and lease new and refurbished photocopiers and printers. We also maintain these under a service contract. Once a call is logged from a customer, an engineer will attend to fix the issue, supply toner or assist with any IT issue they may have. This could also involve trying to resolve the issue over the phone so a good telephone manner is preferable. The candidate will have use of a company vehicle so a clean full driving licence is essential. Full training will be provided. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm and the starting salary is ?200 per week, to be reviewed after a 6 month trial period. The holiday is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays. We are a small company and therefore sometimes it is all hands on deck helping each other out but now is a good time to join and be part of the company as it continues to grow.
