Job Description

Duties will include:
Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates for live vacancies.
Speaking with candidates by telephone to understand their experience and career goals.
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
Matching suitable candidates to relevant job opportunities.
Supporting consultants with managing the full recruitment process.
Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews.
Preparing candidates for interviews and providing feedback.
Updating and maintaining candidate information on the company CRM system.
Assisting with business development and identifying potential new clients.
Making outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients.
Supporting clients with their recruitment requirements.
Working towards individual and team targets.
Developing knowledge of the construction industry and recruitment market.
Completing the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside the role.
