Recruiter Apprentice Level 3 – Engineering & Defence Consultancy

Brief Description

Work closely with our experienced recruitment team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the full recruitment process - from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to managing interview logistics and maintaining candidate engagement.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

• Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Review and screen candidate CVs for suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
• Develop an understanding of the engineering and defence recruitment landscape
