Brief Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a company based in Stratford upon Avon as a Business Administration Apprentice. This is a varied role with plenty of scope to learn and develop new skills, behaviours and gain knowledge within a jewellery designer business and gallery.

Qualifications Required

Ideally the successful candidate will have achieved a GCSE in Maths & English (C Grade / 4 or above)

Personal Qualities

You must be hard working, trustworthy and reliable. Have a real interest in learning new skills, behaviours through this apprenticeship.

Skills Required

The post would suit an ambitious individual who already has some retail and customer facing skills as well as general Photoshop ability.

The Role

Are you looking to gain knowledge and experience working in an administration capacity for a busy contemporary jewellery & design gallery?

We are looking for an individual, who want to grow their administration skills in handling exhibitions, dealing with artists and designers, as well as gain a wider understanding in marketing and curation too.

Duties will include:

Answering Telephone and dealing with enquiries,

Diary Management / Booking Appointments,

Updating Jewellery Catalogues, Products

Helping organise exhibitions / displays / craft events,

Filing Paperwork,

Scanning Documents,

Social Media Updates,

Plus Much More
