5 x GCSE;s including Maths and English (C Grade / 4 or equivalent and above);

You will have excellent people skills and able to adapt to different clientele with the ability to direct, motivate and develop teams.
You will have excellent customer service, negotiation, communication and organisation skills.
It is essential that you are well spoken, have immaculate presentation and possess excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and candidates. Local knowledge of the area will be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and imaginative Sales negotiator apprentice to work in our ever-developing business. You will set the tone and atmosphere of the front of office and must ultimately be an excellent Estate Agent accomplished in winning and maximising instructions, negotiating and maximising business opportunities. The role is varied and includes conducting Sales and some Lettings valuations / appraisal, securing new business, enhancing brand awareness, attending business networking meetings, overseeing all sales processes and ensuring branch property stock and pipeline at all times
