Brief Description

As a junior client service advisor (Apprentice), you will be focused on developing your skills to achieve revenue targets through direct outbound sales activities and the management and conversion of inbound enquiries /sales leads. You will report to RoSPA?s Sales manager, and your work will cover the full service portfolio.

Qualifications Required

Candidate must have 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (C Grade / 4 or above);

? Confident and keen to develop a career in sales
? An advocate of strong customer service with the analytical skills to negotiate complex requirements / problems

? IT proficient, with computer literacy and excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical and presentation skills

You will report to RoSPA?s Sales manager, and your work will cover the full service portfolio including but not limited to membership, awards, workplace and fleet training and consultancy and qualifications. As a junior CSA you will be personally efficient, resilient and resourceful. Full coaching and training will be given in line with the expectations of the Customer Service Specialist (Level 3) standard.
